全膝关节表面置换术治疗骨关节炎合并下肢深静脉血栓患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨全膝关节表面置换术(TKA)治疗骨关节炎合并下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)患者的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2021年6月新疆生产建设兵团第三师总医院收治的114例骨关节炎合并下肢DVT患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各57例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施TKA。比较两组患者治疗后的膝关节功能、临床疗效以及术后并发症发生情况。结果术后6个月,观察组患者的膝关节评分(KSS)高于对照组患者,临床疗效优于对照组患者,DVT发生率低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TKA治疗骨关节炎合并下肢DVT患者,能够显著改善患者的膝关节功能,提高患者的临床治疗效果,降低术后并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of total knee arthroplasty(TKA)for patients with osteoarthritis and deep vein thrombosis(DVT)of lower extremity.Method A total of 114 patients with osteoarthritis and DVT of lower extremity who were admitted into General Hospital of the Third Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=57,treated with conventional treatment)and observation group(n=57,treated with TKA).The knee function,therapeutic effect and postoperative complications were compared between two groups.Result 6 months after surgery,the knee society score(KSS)of the observation group was higher than that of control group,the therapeutic effect better than that of the control group,and the incidence of DVT lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TKA can improve knee function,improve therapeutic effect and decrease postoperative complications in patients with osteoarthritis and DVT of lower extremity.
