摘　　要：文章概述了实验室认可及认可体系组成,针对实验室认可中的关键技术要素计量溯源性、方法验证与确认、测量不确定度重点难点深入解析,给出了具体建议,为实验室认可能力的建设与提升提供参考。This paper summarizes the laboratory accreditation and the composition of accreditation system.In view of the key technical elements in laboratory accreditation,such as metrological traceability,method verification and confirmation,and the difficult key points of measurement uncertainty,specific suggestions are given to provide reference for the construction and improvement of laboratory accreditation capacity.
