摘　　要：目的对针刺研究文献进行计量学及可视化分析,探索和揭示国际针刺研究的发展现状与趋势。方法以Web of Science论文为研究对象,借助Excel、VOSviewer等工具从国际针刺研究的文献量趋势,主要国家(地区)、机构分布,合作网络,以及研究热点等方面进行分析及可视化展示。结果2011-2020年间,Web of Science共收录针刺研究相关论文8267篇,且呈逐年增长趋势;开展针刺研究的国家和地区范围广泛,主要研究力量来自中国、美国和韩国;临床疗效是目前国际针刺研究关注的重点,针刺干预的疾病或症状主要涉及痛症、脑血管疾病(中风、脑缺血)、抑郁、失眠、癌症(乳腺癌)、偏头痛、帕金森病等。结论近10年来,国际针刺研究面向作用机制的揭示与临床应用不断推进和深入;中国针刺研究的影响力显著提升,但国际间的竞争一直存在;基于证据的临床研究及基础与临床的双向转化是目前也是未来一段时间内的研究重点。Objective To conduct bibliometric and visual analysis on the domestic and foreign acupuncture research literature in order to explore and reveal the international development status and trend of acupuncture research.Methods Taking the papers in Web of Science as the research objects,this article analyzed and visualized the literature volume trend,distribution of major countries(regions)and institutions,cooperation network and research hotspots of international acupuncture research with the help of Excel,VOSviewer and other tools.Results From 2011 to 2020,a total of 8276 papers related to acupuncture research were included in Web of Science,with an increasing trend year by year;acupuncture research has been carried out in a wide range of countries and regions,with major research forces coming from China,the United States and South Korea;clinical efficacy was the focus of international acupuncture research at present,and the diseases or symptoms of acupuncture intervention mainly involved pain,cerebrovascular diseases(stroke,cerebral ischemia),depression,insomnia,cancer(breast cancer),migraine,Parkinson disease,etc.Conclusion In the recent 10 years,international acupuncture research is constantly advancing and deepening the disclosure of the mechanism of action and clinical application;the influence of Chinese acupuncture research has been significantly improved,but international competition has always existed;evidence-based clinical research and the two-way transformation between basic and clinical research are the focus of research at present and in the future.
