摘　　要：目的梳理新型冠状病毒肺炎舌诊研究领域关键文献、研究热点、作者合作关系、机构合作关系,为研究者了解新型冠状病毒肺炎舌诊的研究历史、现状及发展趋势提供参考。方法在中国知识资源总库(CNKI)检索发表于2011年1月1日-2021年10月1日的新型冠状病毒肺炎舌诊研究文献,运用CiteSpace 5.8.R3软件结合人工阅读分析,使用文献计量法,对文献发表情况、载文期刊、作者、研究机构、关键词进行分析。结果纳入文献146篇。该研究领域形成了4个较大的研究团队,分别以左新河、陆云飞、苗青、李秀惠为代表。发文量最高的机构是湖北中医药大学,湖北省中医院、北京中医药大学在机构间的合作中发挥了重要的联系作用。关键词共现及聚类分析得出10个较大的聚类。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎舌诊研究领域目前取得较大进展的主要方向是对中医病因病机的总结与分析。随着研究的深入,将获得关于新型冠状病毒肺炎舌诊研究更深入、更具规律性的认知。Objective To sort out the key literature,research hotspots,author cooperation,and institutional cooperation of tongue diagnosis of COVID-19;To provide references for researchers to understand the research history,current situation and development trend in this field.Methods Literature on tongue diagnosis on COVID-19 was retrieved from CNKI from January 1,2011 to October 1,2021.Publication status of literature,journals,authors,research institutions,and keywords were analyzed by using CiteSpace 5.8.R3 software combined with manual reading analysis and bibliometrics.Results In total of 146 articles were included.This research field has formed 4 large research teams represented by Zuo Xinhe,Lu Yunfei,Miao Qing and Li Xiuhui.The institutions with the highest volume of publications was Hubei University of Chinese Medicine.Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine have played an important role in inter-institutional cooperation.Keyword co-occurrence and cluster analysis found 10 larger clusters.Conclusion The main direction that has made great progress in the research field of tongue diagnosis research on COVID-19 is the summary and analysis of the etiology and pathogenesis of TCM.With the deepening of research,a deeper and more regular understanding of tongue diagnosis research on COVID-19 can be obtained.
