滋阴潜阳法在《温病条辨》产后痉及郁冒中的应用

摘　　要：吴鞠通是温病大家,其对妇人病的治疗颇有心得,其著作《温病条辨》专列《解产难》一卷总结妇科疾病的治疗体会。笔者通过查阅文献得知,产后三证前人多认为妇人产后气血阴液大虚,重点以滋阴养血之法来治疗,方用生化汤加减。与前人不同的是,吴鞠通深研《内经》《金匮要略》,结合自己临证经验认为,产后病中的痉、郁冒实为阴液亏虚,引动肝风,以致出现肝风内动,故治疗上与前人有异,在滋阴基础上重潜阳之法,临床灵活运用大小定风珠、三甲复脉汤、专翕大生膏等加减治疗,疗效显著,为后世治疗产后三证提供新思路。Wu Jutong is a master of febrile diseases,and he has a lot of experience in the treatment of gynecological diseases,so in his book Wen Bing Tiao Bian,he specially listed the volume“solving birth difficulties”to summarize his own experience in the treatment of gynecological diseases.Through literature review,the author found that the predecessors of the three postpartum syndromes mostly believed that women with postpartum qi,blood and yin deficiency were treated with the method of nourishing yin and nourishing blood,and Shenghua Decoction was used to add or subtract.What different from his predecessors is that Wu Jutong deeply studied the Nei Jing and Jin Gui Yao Lue,combined with his own clinical experience,he believed that Jing and Yumao in postpartum diseases were yin fluid deficiency,triggering liver wind,resulting in internal movement of liver wind,so there are differences in treatment with predecessors,emphasizing the method of suppressing hyperactive yang on the basis of nourishing yin,clinical flexible use of large and small Dingfeng Bead,Sanjia Fumai Decoction,Zhuanxi Dasheng Ointment and other treatment,the effect is remarkable,providing new ideas for future generations in the treatment of postpartum three syndromes.
