摘 要:目的:探讨维生素D缺乏性佝偻病与微量元素的关系。方法:选取2017年7月—2019年7月郑州市第七人民医院收治的78例维生素D缺乏性佝偻病患儿为病例组,选取同期78例健康体检儿童为对照组。两组患儿均行微量元素检测,比较两组患儿血清锌、钙、镁、铅、铁及铜水平,对比病例组治疗1个月后不同疗效患儿血清锌、钙、镁、铅、铁及铜水平,分析血清锌、钙、镁、铅、铁及铜水平与维生素D缺乏性佝偻病关系。结果:病例组血清锌、钙和铁低于对照组,血清镁、铅水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.118、4.712、3.135、3.798、9.908,P<0.05)。病例组治疗后血清锌、钙、铁水平低于治疗前,血清镁、铅水平高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(t=4.821、3.560、2.244、3.494、19.708,P<0.05)。病例组显效者血清锌、钙、铁高于有效者,血清镁、铅水平低于有效者,差异有统计学意义(t=2.365、3.421、2.347、3.660、4.156,P<0.05)。经logistic回归分析显示,血清低锌、低钙、低铁、高镁及高铅水平异常是维生素D缺乏性佝偻病影响因素。结论:维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的发病与血清锌、钙、铁、镁及铅水平异常相关,且上述维生素水平异常是此类患儿疗效的主要影响因素,临床可对高危患儿加强防治,适量补充锌、钙、铁,减少含镁物质摄入,避免接触铅物质,以促进婴幼儿健康生长发育。Objective:To investigate the relationship between rickets of vitamin D deficiency and trace elements.Methods:From July 2017 to July 2019,78 children with vitamin D-deficiency rickets in the hospital were selected as the case group,and 78 healthy children during the same period were selected as the control group.The two groups of patients were tested for trace ele⁃ments,and the serum levels of zinc,calcium,magnesium,lead,iron and copper were compared between the two groups.The serum zinc,calcium,magnesium,lead,iron and copper levels of children with different curative effects were compared in the case group after 1 month of treatment,and the relationship between serum zinc,calcium,magnesium,lead,iron and copper levels and vitamin D deficiency rickets was analyzed.Results:The serum levels of zinc,calcium and iron in the case group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of serum magnesium and lead were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.118,4.712,3.135,3.798,9.908,P<0.05).The serum levels of zinc,calcium and iron in the case group after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of serum magnesium and lead were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.821,3.560,2.244,3.494,19.708,P<0.05).In the case group,the serum zinc,calcium and iron levels of the markedly effective ones were higher than those of the effective ones,and the serum magnesium and lead levels were lower than those of the effective ones,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.365,3.421,2.347,3.660,4.156,P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that abnormal serum levels of low zinc,low calcium,low iron,high magnesium and high lead were the influencing factors of vitamin D deficiency rickets.Conclusion:The incidence of vitamin D-deficiency rickets is associated with abnormal serum levels of zinc,calcium,iron,magnesium and lead,and the abnormal levels of these vitamins are the main factors a
