番泻叶与其他肠道清洁剂联合使用对慢性便秘患者肠道准备的影响

摘　　要：目的:慢性便秘患者肠镜肠道准备质量较差,个性化的肠道准备方案有助于提高肠道准备质量。比较使用番泻叶联合其他肠道清洁剂与使用常规肠道清洁剂对慢性便秘患者肠道准备的效果。方法:选取2019年12月—2020年12月深圳市南山区蛇口人民医院内镜中心300例行肠镜体检患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组与对照组,每组各150例。根据boston评分对肠道清洁度进行分段评分,记录肠道准备过程中的不良反应发生率和肠息肉检出率。结果:两组患者的肠道清洁度及息肉检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(t=-1.736、-0.615、1.892、0.894,P<0.05;χ^(2)=0.119,P>0.05)。实验组患者肠道准备不良反应发生率(恶心呕吐、腹痛腹胀、肠黏膜炎性改变)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=20.878、27.149、5.613,P<0.05)。结论:番泻叶加3 L和爽用于肠镜前肠道准备,可以显著降低便秘患者肠道准备的不良反应发生率,提高患者接受度,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective:The quality of bowel preparation for chronic constipation is poor.A personalized bowel preparation pro⁃gram can help improve the quality of bowel preparation.To compare the effects of senna combined with other bowel cleansing agents and conventional bowel cleansing agents on bowel preparation for patients with chronic constipation.Methods:From Decem⁃ber 2019 to December 2020,300 patients who underwent colonoscopy in the hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 150 cases in each group.The intestinal cleanliness was scored segmented according to the boston score,and the incidence of adverse reactions and the detection rate of intestinal polyps in the process of bowel preparation were recorded.Results:There was no statistically significant difference between the intestinal cleanliness and the detection rate of polyps between the two groups of patients(t=-1.736,-0.615,1.892,0.894,P>0.05,χ^(2)=0.119,P>0.05).The incidence of bowel preparation adverse reactions(nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,intestinal mucosal inflammatory changes)in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=20.878,27.149,5.613,P<0.05).Conclusion:Senna plus 3 L macrogol used in bowel preparation before enteroscopy can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of bowel preparation in patients with constipation,improve patient acceptance,and have high safety.It is worthy of clinical application.
