摘　　要：目的:探讨开放性粉碎性指骨骨折患者产生自我感受负担状况,并分析患者产生自我感受负担的影响因素。方法:选取2017年5月—2020年5月郑州市骨科医院收治的64例开放性粉碎性指骨骨折患者作为研究对象,所有患者行外固定支架治疗,术后发放自我感受负担量表(SPBS)评估患者自我感受负担情况,并依据评估结果将SPBS得分<20分的44例患者纳入无负担组,得分>20分的20例患者纳入负担组。收集所有患者基线资料,经单因素与多因素分析开放性粉碎性指骨骨折患者自我感受负担的影响因素。结果:纳入64例患者,经SPBS评估,44例SPBS得分<20分,占68.75%;20例SPBS得分>20分,占31.25%。经logistic回归分析显示,男性、多指骨折、在职、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)评分较低,是导致开放性粉碎性指骨骨折患者产生自我负担的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论:开放性粉碎性指骨骨折自我感受负担状况严重,男性、多指骨折、在职、PSSS评分较低是导致开放性粉碎性指骨骨折患者产生自我负担的危险因素。Objective:To explore the status of self perceived burden in patients with open comminuted phalanx fracture,and to analyze the influencing factors of self perceived burden in patients.Methods:64 patients with open comminution admitted to the hospital from May 2017 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects,all patients were treated with external fixator.The self perceived burden scale(SPBS)was used to assess the self perceived burden of patients after operation.According to the evaluation results,44 patients with SPBS score<20 points were included in the non-burden group,and 20 patients with SPBS score>20 points were included in the burden group.Baseline data of all patients were collected,the influencing factors of self perceived bur⁃den in patients with open comminuted phalanx fracture were analyzed by single factor and multi factor analysis.Results:64 pa⁃tients were evaluated by SPBS,44 patients had SPBS score<20 points,accounting for 68.75%,and 20 patients had SPBS score>20 points,accounting for 31.25%.Logistic regression analysis showed that male,multi finger fracture,on-the-job and low PSSS score were the risk factors of self burden in patients with open comminuted phalanx fracture(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion:Open comminuted phalanx fracture has a serious self perceived burden,male,multi finger fracture,on-the-job and low PSSS score are risk factors for self burden of patients with open comminuted phalanx fracture.
