摘  要:外贴碳纤维布加固技术具有施工便捷、加固效果显著以及耐久性良好等特点,已广泛应用于国内外各类结构的加固与修复工程中。近年来,随着外贴碳纤维布加固技术的不断实践,发现少数加固年限较短的桥梁出现碳纤维布现场树脂浸渍并粘贴的碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)片材局部断裂或剥离等不正常的“短命”问题;同时随着加固结构服役时间的增长,CFRP加固桥梁结构呈现出不同程度的性能退化现象,影响加固结构安全,缩短使用寿命。基于国内外现有研究,对可能造成CFRP片材加固系统不正常“短命”与长期服役性能退化的因素进行分析,探讨避免“短命”问题的相关对策,提出减缓加固系统服役期性能退化的相关措施,给出进一步实现CFRP片材加固系统长寿命的方法,为相关工程结构高性能、长寿命实践提供参考。With convenient construction,significant strengthening effect and excellent durability,the externally-bonded(EB)carbon fiber sheets have been widely applied in the strengthening,retrofitting,and rehabilitation of different kinds of engineering structures.In recent years,with the continuous practice of the EB carbon fiber sheets strengthening technique,it has been found that the unusual short life problems including partial fracture and debonding and other premature failures of the carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)also occurred in few bridge structures strengthened with wet lay-up carbon fiber sheets.Meanwhile,with the growth of the service time,the CFRP strengthened bridge structures may show different degrees of performance degradation affecting the safety of the strengthened structure and shortening its service life.Based on the existing research at home and abroad,this paper analyses the factors that may cause abnormal short life and long-term service performance degradation of CFRP sheet strengthening system.The relevant countermeasures to avoid above problems are discussed and the implementation methods for the long-life design of the CFRP strengthening system are proposed.This paper can provide references to the practice of high performance and long life service of related engineering structures.
