乡村振兴背景下广西特色小镇发展研究——基于广西22个特色小镇的调查

摘　　要：党的十九大报告明确指出,要通过实施乡村振兴战略,缩小城乡差距,实现城乡统筹发展,解决人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾。特色小镇建设是实现乡村振兴的重要一环,是推动供给侧结构性改革以及推进新型城镇化建设的重要抓手。文章以乡村振兴为背景,阐明了乡村振兴的目标任务与特色小镇发展的理念要求,分析了广西特色小镇发展的基本情况及存在的主要问题,提出了促进广西特色小镇发展的建议。The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that the rural revitalization strategy should be implemented to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,achieve coordinated development between urban and rural areas,and solve the contradiction between the people's ever-growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development.The construction of characteristic towns is an important link to realize rural revitalization and an important starting point to promote the supply-side structural reform and the new-type urbanization construction.Based on the background of rural revitalization,this paper clarifies the goals and tasks of rural revitalization,the concept and requirements of the development of characteristic towns,then analyzes the basic situation and the main problems of the development of characteristic towns in Guangxi,and puts forward the suggestions to promote the development of characteristic towns in Guangxi.
