摘　　要：目的探讨联合肺动脉窦内消融治疗特发性右室流出道(RVOT)起源的室性早搏的临床价值。方法回顾性分析150例经导管消融证实为特发性右室流出道起源的室性早搏患者,其中分为对照组50例,为常规右室流出道标测、消融;研究组100例,为常规右室流出道联合肺动脉窦内消融,分析两组的病例手术时间、即刻成功率及1年后成功率。结果研究组手术时间轻度延长,但1年成功率明显高于对照组。结论联合肺动脉窦内消融治疗特发性右室流出道室性早搏临床可行,效果较好。Objective To discuss the clinical value of combined pulmonary sinus radiofrequency ablation(RFA)to treatment of idiopathic ventricular premature beat(VPB)of right ventricular outflow tract(RVOT).Methods The patients with VPB of RVOT verified with catheter ablation(n=150)were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into control group(n=50)treated with routine mapping and ablation of RVOT and study group(n=100)treated with routine ablation of RVOT combined with pulmonary sinus RFA.The operation time,immediate success rate and 1-y success rate were analyzed in 2 groups.Results The operation time was longer a little,but 1-y success rate was significantly higher in study group than those in control group.Conclusion The combined pulmonary sinus RFA is feasible with good curative effect in treatment of VPB of RVOT.
