摘 要:目的:建立下颌骨髁突折愈合动物模型,为进一步研究创伤髁突愈合机制和临床治疗的研究提供实验载体。方法:选取新西兰兔15只,12只实验组,3只预备,一侧髁突作为实验组,一侧作为对照组。实验组通过手术造成髁骨折,然后进行翼外肌解剖复位。对照组为空白对照。术后2、4、6、8周测量下颌升支高度、髁突内外径、髁突前后径。同时,通过组织学评价实验组微血管数量和骨参数。结果:术后2、4、6、8周测量下颌升支高度、髁突内外径、髁突前后径,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),组织学观察可见,术后2、4、6周术后实验组微血管数目均高于对照组,术后8周实验组微血管数与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:研究中的动物实验重现了临床髁突骨折翼外肌解剖复位后的愈合过程,实验具有可重复性,可作为动物模型用于对创伤性髁突骨折的研究载体。Objective:To establish an animal model of mandibular condyle fracture healing,and to provide an experimental vehicle for further research on the healing mechanism of traumatic condyle and clinical treatment.Methods:There were 15 New Zealand rabbits,12 experimental groups,3 prepared,one condyle was used as the experimental side,and the other side was used as the control side.The experimental side was operated to cause condyle fracture,and then anatomically reduced the lateral pterygoid muscle.The control group was blank control.The height of the ascending mandibular ramus,the inner and outer diameter of the condyle,and the anterior and posterior diameter of the condyle were measured at 2,4,6,and 8 weeks after operation.At the same time,the number of microvessels and bone parameters of the experimental group were evaluated by histology.Results:At 2,4,6,and 8 weeks after the operation,the height of the ascending mandibular ramus,the inner and outer diameter of the condyle,and the anterior and posterior diameter of the condyle were measured,and there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Histological observation showed that the number of microvessels in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group at 2,4,and 6 weeks after operation,and there was no statistically significant difference in the number of microvessels in the experimental group and the control group at 8 weeks after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion:The animal experiment in the study reproduced the healing process after anatomical reduction of the lateral pterygoid muscle in clinical condylar fractures.The experiment is reproducible and can be used as a research vehicle for traumatic condylar fractures in animal models.
