摘 要:中短波无线电广播频谱资源如何有效利用和分配,一直是国内外关注的问题,为保证我国良好的频谱资源,中短波无线电广播频谱监测显得尤为重要。本文详细介绍了微架构形式设计的中短波广播频谱负荷收测智能归属判定系统,它有机结合了录音采集、预处理、声纹匹配以及识别归属功能,有效解决了传统收测设备工作量大、效率低、收测周期长等问题。How to effectively utilize and allocate spectrum resources of medium and short wave radio has always been a concern at home and abroad.In order to ensure good spectrum resources in my country, spectrum monitoring of medium and short wave radio is particularly important. This paper introduces in detail intelligent attribution determination system of medium and short wave radio spectrum load receiving and measurement based on micro-architecture. It combines recording acquisition, preprocessing, voiceprint matching and identification attribution functions, which effectively solves the problems of heavy workload, low efficiency and long acquisition and measurement period of traditional receiving and measurement equipment.
