摘　　要：本文将图像识别技术与广播电视传统业务相结合,设计了一套广播电视异态辅助监测系统,可对异态画面进行实时监测并准确识别,达到缩短值班员预判、处理故障时间的目的。该系统与原有技术系统相互独立,无交叉耦合,设计合理,搭建方便,具有较高的实用效益和推广效益。Combining image recognition technology with traditional radio and television business, the paper designs a set of radio and television abnormality auxiliary monitoring system. This system can perform real-time monitoring and accurate identification of abnormal images in TV monitoring, so as to shorten the time for on-duty operator to predict and deal with failures. This system is independent of original technology system without cross coupling and with reasonable design and convenient construction, which has high practical benefits and promotion benefits.
