摘　　要：与深入揭示剩余价值来源与实质的马克思剩余价值理论不同,西方市场剩余思想是在资产阶级的视野内研究社会福利问题。剩余价值理论坚持并发展了历史唯物主义方法论,而市场剩余思想的虚伪性和辩护性源自资产阶级经济学家所期望的资本主义永恒的唯心主义历史观,这也导致两种剩余的内涵具有根本差异。剩余价值理论将资本与劳动及生产关系相结合,注重透过现象去探寻事物的内在本质,西方市场剩余思想则以个体行为最优化为基础进行均衡分析。因此,我们应在对西方剩余思想进行鉴别和批判的基础上,坚持和发展马克思剩余价值理论,探索社会主义初级阶段劳动者分享剩余的有效途径。Different from Marx’s surplus value theory, which deeply reveals the source and essence of surplus value, western market surplus thought studies social welfare issues from the perspective of the bourgeoisie. The theory of surplus value adheres to and develops the methodology of historical materialism, while the hypocrisy and defensiveness of the market surplus thought come from the capitalist eternal idealistic historical view expected by bourgeois economists, which also leads to the fundamental difference between the two residual connotations. The theory of surplus value combines capital with labor and production relations, and pays attention to exploring the internal essence of things through phenomena, while the western market surplus thought carries out equilibrium analysis based on the optimization of individual behavior. Therefore, on the basis of distinguishing and criticizing the western surplus thought, we should adhere to and develop Marx’s surplus value theory and explore an effective way for workers to share surplus in the primary stage of socialism.
