摘　　要：作为马克思批判理论的重要组成部分,马克思财产权批判理论引发了学界的广泛关注。进一步深化马克思财产权批判理论研究,应从三个方面着手:一是从马克思对生产关系的剖析来理解财产权概念的实质;二是将马克思财产权批判理论置于马克思思想发展的核心逻辑中进行考察;三是对关涉马克思财产权批判思想的重要文本进行整合研究,以进一步剖析马克思财产权批判的理论实质,挖掘其思想价值。As an important part of Marx’s critical theory, Marx’s critical theory of property rights has aroused widespread concern in the academic circles. To further deepen the study of Marx’s critical theory of property rights, we should focus on three aspects.Firstly, confirm the essence of the concept of property rights from Marx’s analysis of relations of production.Secondly, put Marx’s critique of property rights in the core logic of Marx’s ideological development.The third is to integrate the important texts related to Marx’s property right criticism, so as to further analyze the theoretical essence of Marx’s property right criticism and tap its ideological value.
