摘　　要：平台经济与传统经济最主要的区别在于其具备更显著的交互性和网络化属性。平台经济具有分布式的网络结构,基于多纽带联结形成了涵盖“强关系”和“弱关系”的社会网络。其中,平台方处于中心度和结构洞位置,成为衔接各市场主体和资源、促进交易达成和组织生产的核心节点。平台经济的风险生成和风险特征与其社会网络属性息息相关。鉴于此,从平台经济的社会网络属性出发,探析其风险生成根源、特征以及具体表现和危害性,在此基础上,构建一种与平台经济社会网络属性相契合的嵌入性治理机制。The main difference between platform economy and traditional economy is that it has more significant interactive and networked attributes. The platform economy has a distributed network structure and forms a social network covering "strong relationship" and "weak relationship" based on multi link connection. Among them, the platform side is in the position of centrality and structural hole, becoming the core node to connect various market players and resources, promote transaction completion and organize production. The risk generation and risk characteristics of platform economy are closely related to its social network attributes. In view of this, starting from the social network attribute of platform economy, this paper analyzes the causes, characteristics, specific performance and harmfulness of its risk. On this basis, build an embedded governance mechanism which is consistent with the platform’s economic and social network attributes.
