摘 要:为明确华南稻作区水稻品种的遗传多样性和褐飞虱、稻瘟病及白叶枯病抗性基因的分布,本研究利用32887个SNP标记对326份水稻品种进行遗传多样性分析,并检测20个褐飞虱、稻瘟病及白叶枯病抗性位点。聚类分析结果表明,当遗传距离为0.4210时,326份水稻材料可分为4个群体(Ⅰ~Ⅳ),类群Ⅳ包含249个水稻材料,又可分为4个亚群。利用水稻12条染色体上SNP标记进行品种间两两比较分析,发现有18对品种间无差异位点,25对材料间差异SNP少于300个。检测Bph6、Bph9、Bph14、Bph15、Bph18、Bph26、Pi1、Pi2、Pi5、Pi9、Pia、Pid2、Pid3、Pigm、Pita、xa5、Xa7、xa13、Xa21和Xa23在326份材料中的分布情况,结果表明,大部分华南稻作区水稻品种携带稻瘟病抗性基因Pi5(48.2%)、Pia(59.8%)、Pid2(65.9%)、Pid3(82.8%)和Pita(48.2%);主要应用的白叶枯病抗性基因为Xa21;但仅有5.2%的品种含有褐飞虱抗性基因。本研究结果为华南稻作区水稻培育多样化品种和抗性育种提供科学依据。In order to clarify the genetic diversity of rice varieties in South China and elucidate the distribution of resistance genes against brown planthopper,rice blast and bacterial blight,we performed genetic diversity analysis on 326 rice varieties using 32887 SNP markers and tested 20 resistance genetic loci against brown planthopper,rice blast and bacterial blight.The cluster analysis showed that,when genetic distance was 0.4210,326 rice varieties could be divided into 4 groups(Ⅰ~Ⅳ),and groupⅣcontained 249 varieties,which could be further divided into 4 subgroups.According to the SNP markers on 12 rice chromosomes,we performed pairwise comparison among rice varieties and found 18 pairs with no different SNP sites and 25 pairs with less than 300different SNPs.Next,we detected the distribution of Bph6,Bph9,Bph14,Bph15,Bph18,Bph26,Pi1,Pi2,Pi5,Pi9,Pia,Pid2,Pid3,Pigm,Pita,xa5,Xa7,xa13,Xa21 and Xa23 genes in 326 rice varieties.The results showed that most rice varieties in South China carried the rice blast resistance genes Pi5(48.2%),Pia(59.8%),Pid2(65.9%),Pid3(82.8%)and Pita(48.2%);The main bacterial blight resistance gene was Xa21;and only 5.2%of the varieties had the brown planthopper resistance gene.This study provided a scientific basis for the breeding of diversified and resistant rice varieties in South China.
