摘  要:为研究甜瓜抗枯萎病的遗传规律,本研究以高抗枯萎病的甜瓜自交系‘T02’为父本,高感枯萎病的甜瓜自交系‘TC01’为母本,构建F_(1)、F_(2)、BC_(1)P_(1)、BC_(1)P_(2)世代遗传群体,采用伤根灌根法对六世代遗传群体进行抗甜瓜枯萎病表型鉴定,利用SEA软件对统计结果进行“主基因+多基因”遗传分析。结果表明,甜瓜抗枯萎病的遗传符合“MX2-ADI-ADI”模型,甜瓜对枯萎病的抗性由两对主基因控制,F_(2)群体的主基因遗传率为67.046 4%,多基因遗传率为0.000 6%。本研究为甜瓜枯萎病抗性基因的定位及抗病品种的选育提供理论参考。In order to study the genetic law of melon resistance to Fusarium wilt,this study took the susceptible inbred line‘TC01’as the female parent and the resistant inbred line‘T02’as the male parent,and constructed the genetic population of F_(1),F_(2),BC_(1)P_(1) and BC_(1)P_(2)generations.Then applied the major gene plus polygene mixed model to analyze in these generations.The results showed that the inheritance of melon resistance to Fusarium wilt conformed to the genetic model of"MX2-ADI-ADI".The resistance of melon to Fusarium wilt was controlled by two pairs of main genes.The main gene heritability of F_(2) population was 67.0464%,and the multi-gene heritability was 0.0006%.This study provided theoretical reference for the mapping of fusarium wilt resistance genes and breeding of resistant cultivars.
