摘 要:为揭示陆均松花芽分化阶段的生理生化变化规律,本研究以不同时期陆均松大小孢子叶球(Dacrydium pectinatum)为材料,测定其在陆均松大、小孢子叶球发育过程中蛋白质、碳水化合物及叶绿素含量的变化。结果表明,在陆均松小孢子叶球花粉母细胞发育前,蛋白质、碳水化合物及叶绿素含量均呈现上升趋势,这说明了在小孢子发育前期,这些指标有利于小孢子叶球的发育。在陆均松大孢子叶球发育期间,可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量在胚珠形成期间有上升趋势,该结果说明了可溶性糖和蛋白质含量的增加有利于胚珠的形成。本研究为陆均松花芽分化的分子研究提供了参考基础。In order to reveal the physiological and biochemical changes during the flower bud differentiation of Dacrydium petinatum,determine the changes of protein,carbohydrate and chlorophyll content during the development of Dacrydium petinatum’s large and microspore leaf bulbs.The results showed that,before the development of the pollen mother cell of the spore leaf ball,protein,carbohydrates and chlorophyll all showed an upward trend,which indicated that these indicators were conducive to the development of the microspore leaf ball in the early stage of microspore development.During Dacrydium pectinatum’s megaspore leaf bulb development,the soluble sugar and protein content increased during the ovule formation period.These indicators indicated that the increasing of soluble sugar and protein content were beneficial to the formation of ovules.This study provides a reference basis for the molecular research of Dacrydium pectinatum flower bud differentiation.
