摘 要:豆茶决明(Cassia nomame(Sieb.)Kitag)全株药用价值较高,研究不同播期豆茶决明结荚期的生长特性,可为其开发利用和种质资源的保存提供科学依据。以5月20日、5月30日和6月9日三个不同播期豆茶决明结荚期植株为试验材料,通过株高、侧枝长、茎粗、根粗、根长、叶长、叶宽等形态指标和根、茎、叶、果实的鲜重与干重等生物量的测定,对其生长特性进行了比较。随着播期的推迟,豆茶决明的结荚期缩短,但对生育前期影响较小,对生育后期影响较大;叶片的小叶长宽和复叶长宽均逐渐增大;根、茎、叶的鲜重与干重依次递减;提早和延迟播种都会降低豆茶决明根茎叶全草产量,适时早播可提高豆茶决明的生物量。可结合遗传因素、土壤条件、水肥管理、播种密度、栽培技术等因素,对豆茶决明的开发利用开展进一步研究。Cassia nomame is of great value in medicine.Effects of the growth characteristics of Cassia nomame in fruiting period across different sowing dates had been studied,to provide scientific basis for its development and utilization and preservation of germplasm resources.Three different sowing dates were set to investigate the difference of the growth characteristics of Cassia nomame in fruiting period.Morphological indexes,fresh weight,dry weight and biomass had been measured.The results showed that different sowing dates had less influence on the early growth period and great influence on the late growth period.The fruiting period became shorter when sowing date delayed.The length and width of the leaflets and compound leaves had been gradually increased.The fresh weight and dry weight of roots,stems and leaves had been decreased in proper order.The yield of Cassia nomame will been reduced through planting early or late.As a result,early sowing in good time could improve the biomass of Cassia nomame.Future research should be required to explore the exploitation and utilization modes of Cassia nomame under the factors of genetic factor,edaphic condition,irrigation and fertilization management,seeding rate and culture technique.
