摘 要:以青海省海北站、德令哈、河北乡、下藏科和班玛县5个地理种源麻花艽种子为材料,研究不同浓度NaCl和PEG胁迫下麻花艽种子的萌发率以及150 mmol/L NaCl和10%PEG胁迫下不同种源麻花艽种子的萌发特性。结果显示,麻花艽种子的适宜萌发Na Cl浓度为50 mmol/L,适宜萌发PEG浓度为5%。不同地理种源麻花艽胁迫下的萌发特性具有明显差异,150 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下,河北乡地区麻花艽种子发芽指数最高,为7.33;10%PEG处理下,德令哈地区发芽指数最高,为8.16。通过隶属函数法分析发现,5个地理种源麻花艽种子的耐盐能力依次为:河北乡>下藏科>德令哈>海北站>班玛县;抗旱能力依次为:德令哈>海北站>下藏科>河北乡>班玛县。不同地理种源麻花艽种子对胁迫的耐受性具有差异性。本研究为麻花艽优质种质资源的引种栽培提供了参考。The seeds of Gentiana straminea from five geographical provenances of Qinghai Province,namely Haibeizhan,Delingha,Hebeixiang,Xiazangke and Banmaxian,were used as research materials.To study the germination rate of G.straminea seeds under different concentrations of NaCl and PEG,and the germination characteristics of G.straminea seeds from different provenances under the stress of 150 mmol/L NaCl and 10%PEG.The results showed that the optimal concentration of Na Cl and PEG was 50 mmol/L and 5%,respectively.Meanwhile,in the different conditions of stress,the germination characteristics of G.straminea from different geographical provenances were significantly different.Specifically,under the stress of 150 mmol/L NaCl,the germination index of G.straminea seeds was the highest in Hebeixiang(7.33);the germination index was the highest in Delingha under the 10%drought stress(8.16).According to the comprehensive appraisal of membership function method,the salt tolerance of G.straminea seeds from five geographic provenances ranged from large to small as follows,Hebeixiang>Xiazangke>Delingha>Haibeizhan>Banmaxian;About drought resistance,Delingha>Haibeizhan>Xiazangke>Hebeixiang>Banmaxian.Therefore,we concluded that the tolerance of G.straminea seeds from different geographical provenances has a certain difference.This study provides a theoretical basis for the introduction and cultivation of high-quality germplasm resources of G.straminea.
