摘  要:介绍了10Ni3MoVD低温钢锻件力学性能以及化学成分,并对其化学成分及焊接性能进行分析。焊接工艺评定试板采用GTAW+SMAW焊接方法焊接,焊前采取预热措施,避免焊缝及热影响区出现淬硬组织而产生冷裂纹以及降低冲击韧性。评定试板经最小、最大热处理后,进行了拉伸、弯曲、-50℃冲击试验、硬度试验、宏观、显微组织等理化试验,最终试验结果满足标准以及工程技术规范的要求。The mechanical properties and chemical composition of 10Ni3MoVD low temperature steel forgings have been introduced,and their chemical composition and welding properties have been analyzed.The welding procedure qualification test plate has been welded by GTAW+SMAW welding method,and preheating measures have been taken before welding to avoid cold cracks and reduction of impact toughness due to hardened structure in the weld and heat-affected zone.After the minimum and maximum heat treatment,the evaluation test plate has been subjected to physical and chemical tests such as tensile test,bending test,-50℃impact test,hardness test,macrostructure and microstructure,and the final test results meet the requirements of the standards and engineering technical specifications.
