摘  要:玻璃固化容器为典型的不锈钢薄壁容器,因其严苛的服役需求,对容器性能和结构尺寸要求极为严格。通过采用小孔型等离子焊接技术,实现了容器的批量化焊接,有效地解决了不锈钢薄壁容器焊接变形的问题,大幅提高了焊接效率和焊缝质量稳定性,焊接接头各项性能满足要求。The glass-solidified container is a typical stainless steel thin-walled container.Due to its strict service requirements,the requirements for container performance and structural dimensions are extremely strict.By adopting the small hole type plasma welding technology,batch welding of containers has been realized,which effectively solves the problem of welding deformation of stainless steel thin-walled containers,and greatly improves welding efficiency and weld quality stability,and the performance of welded joints meets the requirements.
