摘  要:基于热力学计算软件JMatPro7.0及塑性成形模拟软件DEFORM对某大型7050铝合金长条形自由锻件的固溶、淬火及冷压工艺过程进行了模拟及优化。研究结果表明:当温度大于472℃后各相溶于α-Al中形成过饱和固溶体,淬火过程中内外温度场分布差异是造成残余应力的主要原因,对淬火后的自由锻件施加冷压变形可以有效消除热处理残余应力,采用3%压下量及较小的进给量可以最大程度地消除残余应力。Based on thermodynamic software JmatPro7.0 and plastic forming simulation software DEFORM,the solution,quenching and cold pressing processes of a large strip free forgings of aluminum alloy 7050 have been simulated and optimized.The results show that when the temperature is greater than 472℃,each phase inα-Al has been formed in the supersaturated solid solution,the internal and external temperature field distribution differences in quenching process is the main reason for residual stress,and the amount of cold pressing deformation of the quenched free forging can effectively eliminate the residual stress of heat treatment,and the use of 3%reduction and smaller feed amount can eliminate the residual stress to the greatest extent.
