摘　　要：选用含Nb高强度无取向硅钢作为分析对象,研究其在全工艺流程(热轧、常化、冷轧、退火)中的组织和织构变化。结果表明:由于形变和温度场的分布原因,该无取向硅钢热轧板形成组织分层,表层为再结晶组织,中心层为带状回复组织,次表层为再结晶和回复组织。同时厚度方向表现出很大的织构梯度,但织构梯度随着形变和再结晶会不断弱化。常化后带状组织消失,再结晶晶粒发生了充分长大,织构弥散强度降低。冷轧后,无取向硅钢的组织主要表现为沿轧制方向伸长的带状组织,织构以α线织构和γ线织构为主。退火后该无取向硅钢变形组织消失,完全再结晶,但晶粒不均匀,织构为γ线织构和和少量对磁性有利的η线织构。The Nb-containing high-strength non-oriented silicon steel has been selected as the analysis object,and its microstructure and texture changes in the whole process(hot rolling,normalizing,cold rolling,annealing)have been studied.The results show that due to the distribution of deformation and temperature field,the non-oriented silicon steel hot-rolled plate forms microstructure layers,and the surface layer is a recrystallized structure,the central layer is a band-shaped recovery structure,and the subsurface layer is a recrystallized and recovery structure.At the same time,a large texture gradient is exhibited in the thickness direction,but the texture gradient will continue to weaken with deformation and recrystallization.After normalization,the band-like structure disappears,the recrystallized grains grow sufficiently,and the texture dispersion strength decreases.After cold rolling,the structure of non-oriented silicon steel is mainly manifested as a band-like structure elongated along the rolling direction,and the texture is mainlyα-line texture andγ-line texture.After annealing,the deformed structure of the non-oriented silicon steel disappears,and it is completely recrystallized,but the grains are not uniform,and the texture isγ-line texture and a small amount ofη-line texture which is favorable for magnetism.
