摘　　要：详细介绍了GB/T 37775—2019《大型钢质自由锻件通用技术规范》标准编制的主要内容,分析了标准的特点与优势,标准统一和规范术语、检验规则、基本工艺要求的情况。标准在热处理控制、有害元素限制、力学性能取试、复试规则、标志和质量证明书等方面还考虑了国际贸易性要求,使我国大型锻件材料标准更加系统化和规范化。This paper introduces the main contents of GB/T 37775-2019"General Technical Specifications for Large-Scale Steel Free Forgings"in detail,analyzes the characteristics and advantages of the standard,standard unification and standard terms,inspection rules,and basic process requirements.The standard also considers international trade requirements in terms of heat treatment control,restriction of harmful elements,test of mechanical properties,re-examination rules,marks and quality certificates,making my country's large-scale forging material standards more systematic and standardized.
