摘  要:目的探讨早产儿营养管理软件对极低出生体质量儿生化指标和并发症的影响。方法选取杭州市临平区妇幼保健院近6年出生体质量<1500 g的极低出生体质量儿为研究对象,其中早产儿营养管理软件应用前30例为对照组,应用后46例为观察组。比较两组生化指标和并发症是否存在差异。结果观察组的低蛋白血症发生率为4.35%,对照组的低蛋白血症发生率为23.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎(NEC)、晚发型败血症、支气管肺发育不良(BPD)、早产儿视网膜病变(ROP)、电解质紊乱、静脉营养相关性胆汁淤积症、贫血及新生儿低血糖等并发症差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05),两组在尿素氮和三酰甘油等生化指标等方面差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论早产儿营养管理软件的应用有助于改善低蛋白血症发生风险,不会增加营养相关性并发症和其他常见并发症的发生风险。Objective To explore the effect of nutrition management software for premature infants on biochemical indicators and complications of very low birth weight infants.Methods The very low birth weight infants(birth weight<1 500 g) born within the last six years in Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Linping District were selected and divided into control group(30 cases, before application of nutrition management software for premature infants) and observation group(30 cases, after application of nutrition management software for premature infants).The biochemical indicators and complications in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence rate of hypoalbuminemia in observation group was 4.35%, the incidence rate of hypoalbuminemia in control group was 23.33%, there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rates of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis(NEC), late-onset sepsis, bronchial pulmonary dysplasia(BPD), premature of retinopathy(ROP), electrolyte disorder, venous nutrition-related cholestasis disease, anemia, and neonatal hypoglycemia between the two groups(P>0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in urea nitrogen and triglyceride between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of nutrition management software for premature infants can help improve the risk of hypoalbuminemia, which does not increase the risk of nutrition-related complications and other common complications.
