摘 要:高迁移率族蛋白B(high mobility group protein B, HMGB)是一类普遍存在于细胞核内的非组蛋白染色质结合蛋白,目前发现鱼类HMGB家族包含HMGB1、HMGB2及HMGB3 3个亚型,作为细胞因子通过调节DNA复制、转录、重组及修复来介导感染、损伤和炎症反应,在鱼类抵御细菌和病毒等病原微生物侵袭的过程中发挥重要作用。文章综述了鱼类HMGB家族成员的结构特征及其免疫学功能研究进展,以期为鱼类HMGBs在生产实践中的应用提供新的思路和理论参考。High mobility group protein B(HMGB) is a kind of non-histone protein bound to chromatin that ubiquitously exists in the nucleus. Currently, it has been found that fish HMGB family contains three subtypes, HMGB1, HMGB2 and HMGB3. As cytokines, HMGBs mediate infection, injury, and inflammation by regulating DNA replication, transcription, recombination, and repair. Thereby, HMGBs play an important role in the resistance of fish to pathogenic microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses. In order to provide new ideas and theoretical reference for the application of fish HMGBs in production practice, the structural characteristics and immunological functions of fish HMGB family members were reviewed in this paper.
