摘  要:A型塞内卡病毒(Senecavirus A,SVA)为微RNA病毒,属于RNA病毒科塞内卡病毒属成员。SVA感染可导致母猪水疱性疾病,症状与口蹄疫病毒、猪水疱病病毒感染相似,需要注意的是SVA可导致新生仔猪急性死亡,且死亡率高,给养猪场带来重大的经济损失。笔者对SVA的病原学特征、感染发病机制、国内流行情况、防控进展进行综述,以更好防控塞内卡病毒病。Senecavirus A(SVA) is a microRNA virus and belongs to the Senecavirus genus of RNA virus family. SVA infection could lead to vesicular disease in sows, and the symptoms are similar to Foot-and-mouth disease virus and Swine vesicular disease virus. It should be noted that SVA could lead to acute death of newborn piglets with high mortality, which will bring significant economic losses to pig farms. The authors reviewed the etiological characteristics, infection pathogenesis, domestic prevalence, and prevention and control progress of SVA, in order to prevent and control SVA better.
