民国时期书刊出版数量研究综述

摘　　要：[目的/意义]文章通过对民国时期出版的相关研究进行综述式的汇总,旨在更系统、全面地了解民国时期出版的基本情况,从中窥探该时期文献的总体体量和格局,为民国时期知识的流动和发展情况的考察提供坚实的数据基础。[方法/过程]以民国时期出版的数据为中心,综合以往的相关研究,梳理民国时期书刊的总体及具体类型的出版数据。[结果/结论]据本研究的估算,民国时期出版图书数量已超过20万种,其中丛书近6000种,而期刊出版量也在2.5万种左右。在各类型主要出版物当中,译著的出版数量至少5300种,古籍出版总数约2.6万种,文学著述约1.5万种,科学著述近1.2万种,中小学教材约3500种,革命文献6000种左右,连环画1.4万种以上,方志至少1200种,政府出版物至少1万种,各省政府的官报发行总量有10.1万期以上,还有10余种连续发行的统计资料和400种左右的年鉴,这些数据一定程度上还原了民国时期出版的面貌。[Purpose/significance]The article summarizes the relevant research on publication in the Republic of China,aiming to gain a more systematic and comprehensive understanding of the basic situation and characteristics of the publication,and to get a glimpse of the overall volume and pattern of the publications in the Republic of China.The survey provides a solid data foundation for the inspection of the knowledge fl ow and derelopment during the period.[Method/process]The article takes the publishing data in the Republic of China as the center,and synthesizes previous related researches to sort out the overall and specifi c types of data of the books and periodicals published in the Republic of China.[Result/conclusion]According to the estimation of this study,the species number of books published in the Republic of China has exceeded 200,000,including nearly 6,000 series,and the species number of periodicals published is about 25,000.Among these publications,the species number of publications of translations is at least more than 5,300,and the total number of publications of ancient books is about 26,000 species,about 15,000 kinds of literary works,nearly 12,000 kinds of academic writings,3,500 kinds of textbooks for elementary and middle schools,at least 14,000 kinds of picture-story books,at least 1,200 kinds of local chronicles,and at least 10,000 kinds of government publications.The total number of offi cial newspapers of the provincial governments is more than 101,000,and there are more than 10 continuously issued statistical data and about 400 kinds of yearbooks.These data restore the appearance of publishing in the Republic of China to a certain extent.
