摘 要:“中国制造2025”战略实施,推动我国逐步迈进工业4.0时代,这使得自动化技术在推进工业现代化水平中的作用越发突出。现阶段,我国轮胎机械自动化技术的发展已经位于行业顶尖水平,与此同时,在其他技术的融合下,也推动轮胎机械逐步朝向安全化、智能化方向发展。该次研究详细分析了自动化设备在轮胎智能制造中的应用,在此基础上针对轮胎机械未来发展前景进行了探讨。The implementation of the“made in China 2025”strategy has promoted China to step into the industrial 4.0 era,which makes the role of automation technology in promoting the level of industrial modernization more and more prominent.At this stage,the development of tire machinery automation technology in China has been at the top level of the industry.At the same time,with the integration of other technologies,it also promotes the development of tire machinery towards safety and intelligence.In this study,the application of automatic equipment in tire intelligent manufacturing is analyzed in detail.On this basis,the future development prospect of tire machinery is discussed.
