摘  要:短路测试是各类电器试验中比较常见的试验,可校验相关设备、仪器、零件等的稳定性,并获得相关参数。与此同时,短路测试也具备一定的风险性,特别是针对电动汽车整车、电动汽车动力电池包等测试对象的测试,其风险更高。那么,在短路测试过程中进行有效防护就显得尤为重要。该文针对短路测试过程中的安全问题,提供一种短路测试隔离箱设计开发的思路,主要应用于短路测试,特别是针对电动汽车整车、电动汽车动力电池包等测试对象的短路测试,以实现安全防护。Short circuit test is a common test in all kinds of electrical tests,which can verify the stability of related equipment,instruments,parts and so on,and obtain relevant parameters.At the same time,the short circuit test also has certain risks,especially for the test object such as the whole vehicle of electric vehicle and battery pack of electric vehicle,the risk is higher.Therefore,it is particularly important to carry out effective protection in the short circuit testing process.Aiming at the safety problems in the process of short circuit test,this paper provides a design and development idea of isolation box for short circuit test,which is mainly used in short circuit test,especially in short circuit test of electric vehicle,electric vehicle battery pack and other test objects,so as to achieve safety protection.
