浅析汽车电控车窗系统故障--以帕萨特B5轿车为例

摘　　要：汽车电控车窗系统故障让许多汽车维修人员捋不清维修思路,不能快速对其诊断、排除,如何提升汽车维修人员对汽车电控车窗系统故障维修的效率,首先,汽车维修人员根据汽车电控车窗系统的控制逻辑和故障现象判断可能的故障原因;其次,根据可能的故障原因对可能出现故障的部件进行检测、排查。该文以帕萨特B5轿车电控车窗系统故障为例,分析怎么快速诊断、排查故障,完成汽车电控车窗系统故障的维修。The failure of the car electronically controlled window system makes many car maintenance personnel unable to understand the maintenance ideas,and cannot quickly diagnose and eliminate it.According to the control logic and fault phenomenon of the automotive electronic control window system,determine the possible cause of the failure,and secondly,according to the possible cause of the failure,detect and troubleshoot the components that may fail.This paper takes the fault of the electronically controlled window system of the Passat B5 car as an example,and analyzes how to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot the fault,and complete the maintenance of the fault of the electronically controlled window system of the automobile.
