摘 要:为研究水平井技术在中国超深砂岩铀矿地浸采铀领域的可行性,研制了6种规格N80材质的割缝过滤器,其抗压强度均满足某矿床地浸采铀水平井的设计要求。选取规格∅104 mm、割缝数304条/m、缝宽0.6 mm的过滤器进行数值建模分析和室内长距离注水试验,结果表明:该过滤器在0~9.6 m距离内,溶液压力稳定、全段几乎无压降,可实现水平井均匀布液。割缝过滤器在新疆某矿床地浸采铀水平井的现场试验表明,水平井注液量为23.61 m^(3)/h;按水平段距离布置5口注液直井计,相当于直井单孔注液量为4.72 m^(3)/h,其注液量较常规直井提高1倍。In order to study the feasibility of horizontal well technology in the field of in-situ leaching of uranium from ultra deep sandstone uranium deposits in China,slotted filters of 6 specifications and N80 materials were developed,and their compressive strength can meet the design requirements of in-situ leaching of uranium from a deposit.The numerical modeling analysis and indoor long-distance water injection test of the filter with 104 mm,304 slits/m and 0.6 mm slit width show that the solution pressure of the filter is stable in the distance of 0~9.6 m,and there is almost no pressure drop in the whole section,which can realize uniform liquid distribution in horizontal wells.The field test of slotted filter in in-situ leaching uranium horizontal well of a deposit in Xinjiang shows that the liquid injection volume of horizontal well is 23.61 m^(3)/h,according to the distance of horizontal section,five liquid injection vertical wells can be arranged,which is equivalent to the single hole liquid injection volume of vertical well is 4.72 m^(3)/h,which is twice higher than that of conventional vertical well.
