摘 要:针对陕西某炭质页岩型石煤钒矿,研究了采用加钙盐氧化焙烧-稀硫酸两段浸出工艺。以CaCO_(3)+CaO+CaCl_(2)的混合钙盐作焙烧添加剂,焙烧添加剂与-0.15 mm矿粉混合制粒后,在950℃下氧化焙烧3 h,焙烧熟料进一步磨细后用稀硫酸常温下两段逆流浸出,V_(2)O_(5)的浸出率大于72%。For a carbonaceous shale-type stone coal vanadium ore in Shanxi,a process of oxidizing roasting by adding calcium salt and two-stage leaching by dilute sulfuric acid was studied.The results show that a mixed calcium salt of CaCO_(3)+CaO+CaCl_(2)was used as roasting additive with vanadium ore granulated to-0.15 mm and then oxidatively roasted at 950℃for 3 hours.The roasted clinker was then finely ground and leached in two stages counter-current leaching with dilute sulfuric acid at room temperature.The leaching rate of vanadium pentoxide is more than 72%.
