摘  要:为了进一步提高重铀酸盐产品质量,以某铀矿山浸出液经离子交换后得到的合格液为研究对象,开展了全浆循环增粒沉淀试验,探讨了全浆循环增粒沉淀生产重铀酸盐的工艺过程和控制点。结果表明,全浆循环增粒沉淀既改善了浆体沉降和过滤性能,又提高了重铀酸盐产品质量。经过30次循环沉淀后,浆体密度由1.18 g/mL增加到1.45 g/mL,增加了22.9%;重铀酸盐产品(湿基)含水率由38.27%降低到21.65%,降低了43.4%;SO_(4)^(2-)质量分数由17.87%降低到12.03%,降低了32.7%;铀质量分数由52.50%增加到67.42%,增加了28.4%。重铀酸盐产品(干基)质量达到铀矿石浓缩物(GB/T 10268-2008)的要求。In order to improve the quality of diuranate products,the qualified solution of leachate after ion exchange was taken as the research object,and 30 times full slurry circulation and granulation precipitation experiments were carried out,and the influence of circulation precipitation times on slurry sedimentation performance and quality of diuranate were studied,and the technological process and control points of producing diuranate by full slurry circulation and granulation precipitation were discussed.The results show that the full slurry circulation and granulation precipitation not only improves the slurry sedimentation and filtration performance,but also improves the diuranate product quality.After 30 cycles times of precipitation,the plasma density increased from 1.18 g/mL to 1.45 g/mL(increased by 22.9%),water content of diuranate products(wet basis)decreased from 38.27%to 21.65%(decreased by 43.4%),the content of SO_(4) ^(2-) decreased from 17.87%to 12.03%(decreased by 32.7%),the uranium content increased from 52.50%to 67.42%(increased by 28.4%).The quality of diuranate products(dry basis)reach to the Uranium Ore Concentrate(GB/T 10268-2008).
