摘 要:分析了地浸采铀生产过程中矿层溶浸通道堵塞的原因。钱家店铀矿床采用的空压机洗井、空压机化学联合洗井、高压气活塞洗井、高压气活塞化学联合洗井的生产洗井实践表明,高压气活塞化学联合洗井效果最佳,注液量增加190%,但该洗井方式耗时1420 min,洗井效率最低;对于注液量小于2.0 m^(3)/h的注液井,洗井后注液量增加120%~190%,洗井效果明显。单一洗井方式难以彻底解决注液井流量下降问题,需联合应用多种洗井方式提高洗井效率。The causes of the blockage of the dissolution channel of ore layer during in-situ leaching uranium production were analyzed.In Qianjiadian uranium deposit,the production and well washing practices of air compressor well washing,air compressor chemical combined well washing,high pressure gas piston well washing and high pressure gas piston chemical combined well washing show that high pressure gas piston chemical combined well washing has the best well washing effect,increasing water volume by 190%,but this method takes 1420 min and has the lowest well washing efficiency.For injection wells with injection volume less than 2.0 m^(3)/h,the injection volume increases by 120%~190%after well washing,and the well washing effect is obvious.Single well washing method is difficult to completely solve the problem of injection well flow decline,so it is necessary to combine multiple well washing methods to improve efficiency.
