摘 要:针对铀选冶厂粉矿仓堵塞问题,分析了粉矿仓堵塞的类型和原因。在调研国内常用清堵技术的基础上,优选出了适用于铀选冶厂粉矿仓的清堵技术。以发生堵塞的典型粉矿仓为例,从投资、操作和检修等方面进行了清堵技术方案比选,最终推荐采用空气炮清堵技术。现场应用表明,空气炮清堵技术安全、高效、经济、可行。In view of the problem of blockage of fine ore bin in uranium mining and metallurgy plant,the types and causes of blockage were analyzed.Based on the investigation of common blockage removal technologies in China,the blockage removal technologies suitable for fine ore bin in uranium mining and metallurgy plant were optimized.Taking the typical fine ore bin with blockage as an example,the technology of blockage removal was selected from the aspects of investment,operation and maintenance,and the air cannon blockage removal technology was recommended.The field application shows that the technology is safe,efficient,economical and feasible.
