摘  要:根据中国地浸铀矿井场生产工艺,采用先进的智能仪表、DCS系统、网络技术、开发平台,建立涵盖地浸井场生产运行全过程的数字化集控室。以现场总线、工业以太网、无线网络作为传输网络,DCS结合控制算法,实现了井场抽液动态跟踪控制,注液恒压、恒流量控制;开发的人机界面结合视频监控系统,实现了远程智能监控;研发的井场生产执行系统,利用OPC和数据库技术打通了生产执行系统与自控系统之间的数据流,实现管理智能化。建立的数字化集控室有效提高了井场生产效率和管理智能化水平,推进了地浸铀矿数字化转型。According to the production process of in-situ leaching uranium mine in China,a digital centralized control room covering the whole production and operation process of in-situ leaching uranium mine were established by adopting advanced intelligent instrument,DCS system,network technology and development platform.With fieldbus,industrial Ethernet and wireless network as the transmission network and DCS combined with control algorithm,the dynamic tracking control of well site pumping and the constant pressure and flow control of liquid injection were realized.The developed human-computer interface combined with video monitoring system realizes remote intelligent monitoring.The production execution system developed by OPC and database technology can get through the data flow between,production execution system and automatic control system,and can realize intelligent management.The digital centralized control room effectively improves the production efficiency and intelligent management level of the well site,and promotes the digital transformation of in-situ leaching uranium mines.
