摘　　要：铀矿冶档案是国家重要的信息资源和宝贵财富,档案利用是档案管理工作的最终目的。这就要求铀矿冶档案管理人员明确服务方向,树立正确的服务意识,培养良好的服务态度。针对铀矿冶档案利用中存在的科研人员对档案制度不理解、档案数字化程度不高、档案专业人员缺乏、档案技术设备匮乏、检索手段落后等问题,提出通过做好档案利用宣传工作、加强数字化检索、强化人才队伍建设、升级检索工具等途径,推动档案利用工作的进一步发展。Uranium mining and metallurgy archives are important national information resources and precious wealth.The utilization of archives is the ultimate goal of archives management,which requires the managers of uranium mining and metallurgy archives to clarify the service direction of archives utilization,establish correct service consciousness and cultivate good service attitude.In view of the problems existing in the utilization of archives in uranium mining and metallurgy,for example,the scientific researchers do not understand the archives system,the degree of archives digitalization is not high,the archives technology equipment is not enough,the retrieval means is backward,some suggestions are put forward to promote the further development of archives utilization,such as doing good publicity of archives utilization,strengthening digital retrieval of archives,strengthening talent team construction,and upgrading retrieval tools.
