摘  要:基于CFD方法对离心式制冷压缩机用气体动压推力轴承(润滑气体为R134a)进行数值分析,得到其气膜流场分布,分析了不同参数对承载力的影响。结果表明:承载力随转速增大而增大,气膜厚度为10μm时,转速从10000 r/min增大到30000 r/min,承载力从310 N增大到490 N;斜坡占比从25%增大到35%时,承载力增大约20 N,斜坡占比增大到45%以上时,承载力几乎不再增大;低转速时斜坡开口厚度对承载力的影响较小,高转速时开口厚度为30μm时承载力最大。Based on CFD method,the aerodynamic thrust bearings with R134a as lubricating gas for centrifugal refrigerating compressors are numerically analyzed,the distribution of gas film flow field is obtained,and the influence of different parameters on load capacity is analyzed.The results show that:the load capacity increases with the increase of speed,when the gas film thickness is 10μm,the speed increases from 10000 r/min to 30000 r/min,and the load capacity increases from 310 N to 490 N;when the slope proportion increases from 25%to 35%,the load capacity increases by about 20 N,and when the slope proportion increases to more than 45%,the load capacity hardly keeps increasing;the thickness of slope opening has little effect on load capacity under low speed,the load capacity reaches the maximum when the thickness of opening is 30μm under high speed.
