摘 要:为减小圆锥滚子轴承滑动摩擦,建立轴承力学平衡方程,求得轴向位移、径向位移和角位移引起轴承三线(内、外圈滚道素线的延长线和滚子中心线)交点的径向偏移量,并分析了外滚道锥角、内滚道锥角、滚子大端直径、内滚道大端直径、内圈大挡边宽度、外滚道小端直径对轴承三线交点径向偏移量的影响,然后以各滚子接触载荷与三线交点径向偏移量乘积的绝对值之和为目标函数,以轴承装配高为约束条件,得到了轴承优化设计方法。用该方法对30212E圆锥滚子轴承进行优化设计,优化后轴承的滑动摩擦大幅降低,说明了优化设计方法的正确性。In order to reduce the sliding friction of tapered roller bearings,the mechanical equilibrium equation of the bearings is established,and the radial offset of three-line(extension line of generatrix of inner and outer ring raceway and center line of roller)intersection of the bearings caused by axial displacement,radial displacement and angular displacement is obtained.The influence of outer raceway taper angle,inner raceway taper angle,roller big end diameter,inner raceway large end diameter,inner ring large rib width and outer raceway small end diameter on radial offset of three-line intersection is analyzed.Taking sum of absolute value of product of contact load of each roller and radial offset of three-line intersection as objective function and the assembly height of the bearing as constraint,an optimal design method for the bearings is obtained.The method is used to optimize the design of 30212E tapered roller bearings,and the sliding friction of the bearings is greatly reduced after optimization,indicating the correctness of optimization design method.
