摘　　要：预制混凝土构件作为装配式建筑的基本元素,其质量的有效控制和管理是保证装配式建筑质量安全的关键。文章基于质量链管理理论,从影响装配式建筑PC构件质量的设计、生产、储运、吊装四个阶段入手,构建了PC构件串联结构的多级制造质量链模型,利用主成分分析法对关键链节点进行识别,并基于分析结果和相关数据提出了健全参与方生产责任制,加强对关键节点的质量管理,提高信息化应用水平的措施。As the basic element of prefabricated buildings,the effective quality control and management of precast concrete components is the key to ensure the quality and safety of prefabricated buildings.Based on the theory of quality chain management,this paper begins with the four stages of design,production,storage and transportation,and hoisting that affect the quality of PC components in prefabricated buildings,constructs a multi-level manufacturing quality chain model of PC component series structure,identifying the key chain nodes with the help of principal component analysis.Based on the results of the analysis and related data,measures are proposed to perfect the system of production responsibility of participants,strengthen the quality management of key nodes,and optimize the informatization application.
