摘 要:本文根据NO_(x)生成机理和过程分析,结合某12V柴油机NO_(x)排放测试结果,计算出同系列16V柴油机NO_(x)比排放,然后按照热NO计算方法,得出该16V柴油机采用电控高压共轨与原型机(采用直列泵供油系统的16V柴油机)和12V柴油机的NO_(x),排放浓度的对比情况,结果表明采用此电控高压共轨系统后NO_(x)排放浓度和比排放均低于某12V柴油机及原机。Based on the analysis of NO_(x) generation mechanism and process,combined with the NO_(x) emission test results of a 12V diesel engine,this paper calculates the NO_(x) specific emission of the same series of 16V diesel engines,and then obtains the comparison of the NO_(x) emission concentration of the 16V diesel engine with electronically controlled high-pressure common rail with the prototype engine(16V diesel engine with in-line pump oil supply system)and 12V diesel engine according to the thermal no calculation method,The calculation analysis and prototype test results show that the NO_(x) emission concentration and specific emission of this electronically controlled high-pressure common rail system are lower than that of a 12V diesel engine and the original engine.
