摘  要:光开关是重要的光无源器件,利用时分复用原理,光开关是实现光通信系统扩容行之有效的方法。在光纤布拉格光栅传感系统中,同样可以利用光开关的时分复用的特性,将同根光纤上光栅传感节点反射的信号在时间上进行区分,从而实现将系统可接入的传感节点数量成倍的增加,极大地降低了系统的成本,增强了系统的实用性,尤其是在长距离传感领域,更有实用价值。光开关的切换速度越快,可接入传感器的数量就越多。文章设计并实现了一种光开关的高速光脉冲调制电路,采用基于反激拓扑的高压升压电路,以及基于GaN HEMT(氮化镓高迁移率晶体管)的高速高压驱动电路。经过测试,此设计满足基于时分复用的光纤布拉格光栅传感系统中高速光开关的驱动电路要求,可以输出纳秒级别的高压脉冲信号,上升及下降边沿时间小于25 ns。Optical switch is an important optical passive device.Using the principle of time division multiplexing,optical switch is an effective method to expand the capacity of optical communication system.In the fiber Bragg grating sensing system,the time division multiplexing characteristics of the optical switch can also be used to distinguish the signals reflected by the grating sensing nodes on the same fiber in time,so as to double the number of sensing nodes that can be accessed by the system,greatly reduce the cost of the system and enhance the practicability of the system,especially in the field of long-distance sensing.The faster the switching speed of the optical switch,the more sensors can be accessed.This paper designs and implements a high-speed optical pulse modulation circuit of optical switch,which adopts a high-voltage boost circuit based on flyback topology and a high-speed and high-voltage drive circuit based on GaN HEMT(gallium nitride High Electron Mobility Transistors).After testing,this design meets the requirements of the driving circuit of high-speed optical switch in the fiber Bragg grating sensing system based on time division multiplexing.It can output nanosecond high-voltage pulse signal,and the rising and falling edge time is less than 25 nanoseconds.
