住院患者病情护理风险量化评分体系在泌尿外科的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的:设计泌尿外科住院患者病情护理风险量化评分体系,并观察在临床上的应用效果。方法:将赣南医学院第一附属医院泌尿外科一病区入院患者280例纳入研究组,采用护理风险评分量表进行护理风险评估,并采取相应的护理策略,修正评分量表相关指标,建立完善的护理风险评估系统。将同一医院泌尿外科二病区同期住院患者280例纳入对照组,按照一般护理常规进行护理。结果:研究组患者围术期并发症发生率和总发生率及平均住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组责任护士对管床患者病情知晓率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采取病情护理风险量化评分能降低泌尿外科住院患者围手术期并发症发生率,提高责任护士对管床患者病情知晓率,保障患者安全,并在一定程度缩短患者住院时间,减少医疗支出。Objective :To design a quantitative scoring system for nursing risks of urological inpatients,and to observe its clinical effect.Methods :A total of 280 patients in the first ward of urology department were included in the study group. The nursing risk rating scale was used to evaluate the nursing risk,and the corresponding nursing strategies were adopted to modify the related indexes of the rating scale to establish a nursing risk assessment system. In addition,280cases of hospitalized patients in the second ward of urology department in the same hospital were included into the control group,and were nursed according to the general nursing routine.Results:The incidence of perioperative complications,total incidence and average length of hospital stay in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0. 05). The awareness rate of nurses in charge of the study group on the condition of patients was higher than that of the control group(P<0. 05).Conclusion :Quantitative nursing risk scoring can reduce the incidence of perioperative complications in urological inpatients,improve the awareness rate of the nurses in charge on the parients’ conditions,ensure the safety of patients,shorten the length of hospital stay,and reduce the medical expenditure.
