摘　　要：异二聚物髓系相关蛋白8/14(Myeloid-related protein 8/14,MRP8/14)属于钙调蛋白S100家族,是模式识别受体的配体之一,其受体包括晚期糖基化终产物(Advanced glycation endproducts,RAGE)受体和Toll样受体4(Toll-like receptors-4,TLR-4)。近年来,越来越多研究表明,MRP8/14主要通过促进炎症反应和骨髓来源血小板、单核细胞生成,加速动脉粥样硬化,且增加静脉血栓形成及其NETs产生。此外,MRP8/14在许多血栓性疾病中异常表达,与其诊断和预后相关,可能是一种潜在的生物标志物。因此,MRP8/14可能为血栓性疾病的诊断和治疗提供新思路。MRP8/14 belongs to the S100 family of calmodulin and is one of the ligands of pattern recognition receptors,such as TLR4 and RAGE receptors.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that MRP8/14 mainly promotes inflammatory response and bone marrow-derived platelets,monocyte formation,and accelerates arteriosclerosis.It also increases venous thrombosis and the production of NETs.In addition,MRP8/14 is abnormally expressed in many thrombotic diseases and may be a potential biomarker for diagnosis and prognosis.Therefore,MRP8/14 may provide a new idea for the diagnosis and treatment of thrombotic diseases.
