摘　　要：垂体疾病患者常伴有内分泌激素紊乱、肿瘤占位效应和多种合并症,新型冠状病毒(新冠)肺炎疫情期间,其管理难度增加。本专家建议旨在规范垂体疾病原发病的诊治,加强合并症的管理,为新冠疫情期间垂体疾病患者的综合管理,提供必要的参考依据和指导意见。Pituitary disease are often associated with hormonal abnormalities, mass effects and multiple co-morbidities, involving multidisciplinary management and follow-up. The COVID-19 pandemic makes their management much more challenging. Therefore, this expert suggestion aims to standardize the diagnosis and treatment of pituitary disease and strengthen the management of co-morbidities during the current COVID-19 epidemic.
