摘  要:星形胶质细胞是中枢神经系统中重要的胶质细胞,其功能的异常与多种疾病有密切关系,比如应激相关疾病。应激性胃黏膜损伤(stress-induced gastric mucosal lesion,SGML)在临床上致死率较高,病理机制复杂。目前,人们对SGML神经机制的研究主要集中在神经元及其环路上,但是,越来越多的证据表明星形胶质细胞在SGML中发挥重要作用,星形胶质细胞可能成为临床上治疗应激性胃溃疡的新靶点。因此,本文首先对星形胶质细胞与应激的关系进行概述,其次对SGML中枢机制的研究进展进行综述,主要关注星形胶质细胞的作用。Astrocyte is an important type of glial cell in the central nervous system,and its functional abnormalities are closely related to various diseases,such as stress related diseases.Clinically,stress-induced gastric mucosal lesion(SGML)has higher mortality,and its pathological mechanisms are complicated.The literature on neural mechanisms for SGML has mainly focused on neurons and their circuits,however,the role of astrocytes in SGML has been increasingly recognized.Astrocytes may become potential therapeutic targets for treating stress-induced gastric ulcer.Therefore,this article first gave a brief introduction on relationship between astrocytes and stress,then reviewed advances on the central mechanisms underlying SGML,mainly focusing on the role of astrocytes in SGML.
